This little monitor does the trick. It is not that intrusive so it doesn't get in the way of my arm moving at night, but the sensor also stays put (been using it for about a week now and haven't had it come off). The software for the smartphone calculates numbers like the amount of time the saturation is >95 and the number of drops 4% or greater during the measured period. With the software for the computer, you can save this in report AND data exports to allow you to analyze to your heart's content.

Glad that I bought the product. It gave me information about my quality of sleep and what I should do to get better sleep. Easy to use and reasonably comfortable to wear at sleep. Suggestion to company: Enlarge the scale for the Motion chart as it wouldn't spike even when I am getting to and from the washroom.

After my wife had departed and then come back to her body, she was put on oxygen again. Too much oxygen is what killed her in the first place, so I needed a device where I could monitor her daily status so I could adjust the flow meater to keep her from passing again. This device has an alert for low level of O2, but it should also have one for a high level of O2. At any rate I use the daily report so I can see her average throughout each night and I use the alarm if she goes below 87. I have been able to adjust the flow meaters on the two machines I have in the house and now have them each dialed in so she will average 93. The Checkme device has allowed me to accomplish that task.

My husband's fingers were so cold that we could not get an accurate O2 reading even with the finger tip professional pulse ox. Using the ring read it correctly. The alarm let me know when his oxygen got low so I could adjust it. You can set the level as to when the alarm goes off. If you have it connected to your phone, you can see the pattern for the duration that it is on per day. When I used it, I discovered that I was having sleep apnea with low oxygen quite a few times during the night. I had no idea this was happening, so this device may have saved my brain and heart from more damage. I highly recommend this device.
